Thyme is one of my favorite herbs to cook with. Also their plants are so cute! They’re like tall clumps of moss. And I love moss! I use thyme in so many things I cook. It’s like a cute little fairy herb. The leaves are so tiny! It’s another comfort herb. If you’re curious, I highly recommend you experiment with it.
