For spooky season, I wanted to put together a collection pairing skulls and flowers. However, I struggled because I also wanted to draw a bunch of insects! This ended up being my compromise. With myself.
This illustration features a hawk, hawkmoth, hollyhock, primrose, and foxglove. I kept thinking of more things I wanted to incorporate! After I spent 15 hours drawing it I’ve decided that less is more. I love every part of this though! The different parts are all fascinating to me. I hope you love it too!
