My produce series definitely needed a pear! I love the rich colors and texture of a pear. I used heavy pigments to get some granulation to add texture to the surface of the image. It’s one of my favorite watercolor techniques. I made this image with watercolor, and watercolor pencils on all cotton rag watercolor paper
